Howard, Chris, and Josh managed to address all matters, concern and/or problems very quickly, always communicating situations and providing valuable advice based on their extensive years in the construction industry. Josh, we give special thanks for your attention to detail and for your help with color and design.

We were also very pleased with all of the work completed by the contractors listed below. they all followed the high standards say by basso Builders to do the job correctly. The subcontractors performed well, provided good advice, and listened to our suggestions to assure a good work product.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you and the guys for an amazing job on the addition to my home. I couldn't be happier with the final results. The room is perfect!

Most people dread the thought of hiring a contractor because of all the horror stories you hear about delays, additional costs and contractors not keeping their word. I have enjoyed telling my friends, family and neighbors that Basso kept their promises followed the timeline presented, and handled all my additional requests seamlessly. Thank goodness the other two contractors I requested bids from failed to produce!

I was very impressed with all the various teams that worked on my house, from the guys that poured the foundation to the construction crew that framed the addition; all did quality work, were professional, friendly and neat.

We have been in our new home for eight months and we thought it was time to tell you know how much we appreciate everything you did for us. We are not just talking about the wonderful finished product but the whole experience that we had with Basso Builders.

The process of finding just the right design to finding just the right property on which to built it, to picking out the colors appliances, floors, fixture, etc., actually was fun and that's because of the people we dealt with: YOU.

The professionalism exhibited by everyone, from you office staff to all of the trades, was very apparent. The one constant throughout the construction project was the pride everyone had in completing his or her role. We also appreciated having the construction completed ahead of schedule.

We are all eager to let the world know when we are dissatisfied with a product or service or company, but frequently do nothing when conversely we are very satisfied to the point of being impressed. This is one of those occasions when it would be shameful not to acknowledge our high level of satisfaction by means of a testimonial letter to Basso Builder Incorporated or Lake Geneva, Wisconsin... a company that facilitated our vision being translated into the reality of a custom built home. It had been such a thoroughly enjoyable experience from inception to end - and we are truly grateful that a company of this caliber was out choice of builder.
